Patient website / four languages
Atlas
A medical complex's patient website in Arabic, English, Filipino and Urdu, restyled and refined inside the existing codebase.

The brief
Restyled in place, not rewritten.
Patients come to find a department or a doctor, book an appointment or ask for a home visit, in Arabic, English, Filipino or Urdu. The site and its first codebase already existed; I continued in the same repository.
- Refine the identity, keep it.
I wrote down the identity already in the product (deep teal for trust, a pale care tint for surfaces, orange for the main actions) and restyled the pages on it.
- Themes for every page.
Light, dark and system themes run across the site, chosen from the header.
- Every language findable.
Public pages render on the server with metadata for each language and alternate-language links, so each version can be indexed on its own.
How it works
Two directions, four languages.
Arabic and Urdu run right to left, English and Filipino left to right, from the same components. next-intl carries the copy, and each page flips direction with its language.

My role
Restyled and refined.
I continued an existing site and codebase: redesigning its pages on the existing identity, adding themes, and moving the public pages to server rendering, inside the same repository.
