The paintings here are generated interpretations informed by TT69, the Tomb of Menna. Connections between walls are imagined. The missing face remains missing. The Luxor landscape is interpretive, not an exact view from the tomb.

المستنقع كان مرتبط بالتجدد والحياة بعد الموت.
The marsh carried ideas of renewal and life after death.

على حيطان مقبرته، منّا وسط أهله… والحياة اللي كان يعرفها.
On his tomb walls, Menna appears with his family… and the life he knew.

والحياة دي كان وراها شغل. ناس بتحصد.
That life was built on work. People harvested.

وكتبة بيسجلوا. ومنّا بيتابع الحقول.
Scribes kept count. Menna oversaw the fields.

المكان اللي كان اسمه طيبة… النهارده هو الأقصر.
The place once called Thebes… is Luxor today.

كان بيستعد لحياة تانية.
He was preparing for another life.

وبعد أكتر من ٣ آلاف سنة، إحنا لسه بنقرا حياته الأولى على الحيطان.
More than three thousand years later, we can still read this one on the walls.
